Try Angle Awards
Four members of Fulston Manor School’s Young Co-operatives Group were invited to a Try Angle Award event at The Winter Gardens, Margate on Thursday 21st June. Billy Brandon, Katie Blackmore, Ryan Temple and Haydn Curtis were delighted to receive a certificate in recognition of all the volunteering they have participated as part of The Young Co-operatives Group. Ryan Temple said “We do the volunteering and charity work because we enjoy it and know we benefit others but it is really lovely to have been chosen to receive a certificate from KCC’s Integrated Youth Services”. Sarah Palmer, Community Cohesion Manager, agreed “ I was delighted to hear that the students were going to receive this recognition as they have worked so hard and I was so proud of them on the night – even when Billy walked away with the first prize in the raffle!”
