Two Physical Education teachers took part and completed the Paddock Wood Half Marathon on April 8th. Although both physically fit, Miss Davies and Miss Oliver, found the course a challenge but were both incredibly happy with their times – only one minute separated them with Miss Davies passing the post first at 2 hours 13 mins. Both ladies were battling injuries but that didn’t stop them from raising a fantastic £1757.61 for MIND Maidstone and Mid Kent. Miss Davies said “Our family, friends and colleagues have been wonderfully supportive and we have been overwhelmed by their generosity.  MIND Maidstone have been working with us at Fulston Manor to provide Mental Health training for staff and students and are also currently running a ‘Managing Me’ course for our students; we hope this goes some way in demonstrating our appreciation over such an important cause
