Following student James Fletchers successful entry to the Sittingbourne’s Got Talent Semi Final on Sunday 30^th September, the Year 7 student enjoyed every second of competing against other talented youngsters in the grand final held at the Holiday Inn on Saturday 27^th October.  The Morrison House newbie plays guitar and has a major passion for his art. He is a follower of some of the great Rock ‘n Roll and Blues artists from a bygone era such as John Lee Hooker, Elvis and AC/DC. On the night, James played a song he had written himself. James said “I was disappointed not to win on the night but was really please that an ex Fulston student, Sian Jeffries, won. She is a fantastic singer. But I have still been asked to play at the Sittingbourne Switch On event which is happening on the 17^th November and all of the finalists will be touring the area in the near future. I’m looking forward to performing again”.
