Salary: FMAT Band C1, £25,370.00 FTE (£20,596.94 pro rata p.a)
Contract Status: Permanent
Contract Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8.30am – 4.00pm | Term time plus 2 training days

The school is looking to recruit a Learning Support Teaching Assistant to join our well-established team providing support to our students. You will work as directed by the SENCO with individual students and groups of students, supporting with the monitoring of progress for individuals. Due to the nature of the role a patient, caring and compassionate approach is needed.
The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, positive and committed to supporting our students. In return the school can offer excellent CPD opportunities and a supportive and friendly team to work with.
Candidates must be able to work collaboratively and it would be preferable but not essential to have some prior experience of working with children or young adults.
