Salary: FMAT Band C1 £25,370.00 FTE (Pro-rata £8,367.51 p.a.)

Contract status: Permanent 

14 hours per week | 8.00am – 3.30pm Tuesday and Friday* | 30-minute unpaid lunch | Term Time plus 1 week

Required to start: February 2026

*We can possibly be flexible with timings, but the business need is for these specific days and so these cannot be changed.

Fulston Manor Academies Trust is looking to recruit a Sixth form Pastoral Assistant based at Fulston Manor School.

The successful candidate will assist one of our Head of Sixth Form in providing welfare and guidance to students in the sixth form. The successful candidate will be assisting in the provision of effective strategies to tackle underachievement and assist all students in the sixth form area to ensure they have a successful education. 

Applications will be considered candidates seeking either a full-time, part-time or job share role.
