Job role: Student Mentor (Learning & Engagement)

Salary: FMAT C1, £25,370.00 (pro-rata £20,596.94 per annum)

Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm | Term time only plus 2 training days

Contract Status: Permanent

Contract Start Date: February 2026

Closing date: Friday 31st December 2025

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Mentor to support students in achieving their academic and personal potential. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support to engage with learning, develop confidence, and build positive relationships.
