Fulston Manor School Voluntary Fund

For every new student, we request a donation to our School Voluntary Fund Account. This donation will be the only school fund request from Year 7 to Year 11 at Fulston Manor School.

The School Fund is used in a number of ways to support the learning experiences of all students throughout the school, including the running of minibuses for PE activities and school trips, prizes for presentation evenings and to subsidise some of the educational trips which complement our broad curriculum.

There is no doubt that every student in the school will benefit at some stage from something provided by the money raised through the School Fund, and we ask that you support everyone in our community by making a voluntary donation of £25.00. Please complete this online form to confirm your donation.

Gift Aid

Our School Voluntary Fund is registered as a charity. This means that we can claim money back from the Inland Revenue under the Gift Aid Scheme. Please refer to the notes below for eligibility criteria.

Gift Aid Criteria

1) You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying the charity.

2) If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains equal to the tax that the charity reclaims, you can cancel your declaration (see criteria 1).

3) If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self-Assessment tax return.

4) If you are unsure whether your donations qualify for Gift Aid tax relief, ask the charity, or refer to help sheet IR65 on the HMRC website (www.hmrc.gov.uk).

5) Please notify the charity if you change your name or address.
