Since the beginning of Year 10, a group of students have been working through a Level 1 Sports Leaders Course.  On Wednesday 24^th May they travelled to South Avenue Primary School in order to complete the final practical assessment for their course.  The students have been working incredibly hard throughout the year to develop and hone their leadership skills.  This multi-skills event was a culmination of all their hard work.  The students worked, mainly in pairs, to create their own individual activity.  This was then delivered to the whole of Year 6 at our link Academy School, South Avenue Primary. 

Our students were a complete credit to the school and demonstrated how far they have come in such a short space of time.  The leaders were delivering confidently and patiently and the afternoon was incredibly successful.  The students should be congratulated for their wonderful work and the school is very proud of them.
