A trio of budding actors are busy in rehearsals getting ready for the Peter Pan Panto running from 15th December until 6th January 2018 at The Maidstone Studios. Morrison student, Cameron has the lead part as one of the Lost Boys and so will be performing more often than the girls who are dancers. Hales students Emiliya and Amber have both been dancing for a number of years and all three are loving the experience. The students are training every Sunday so that they are perfectly prepared for their shows. Emiliya said “We are all loving it and definitely looking forward for when we ‘go live’. We haven’t met the stars of the show yet – James Sutton from Hollyoaks is playing Captain Hook and Amelia Lily from X Factor fame is Tinkerbell, but we hope to do so soon”. Cameron, a member of the Italia Conti School of Performing Arts, along with Amber, is an old hand at Panto having been in a few productions before. He said “It’s great. I just love being part of it. I practise my acting, singing and dancing every Saturday with the Italia Conti and then go to Maidstone every Sunday for the Panto rehearsals”.
