14 year old Isaac Jenner played his first matches for Bowls England Under 18 team on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th September in Penarth, Wales. The talented Morrison student, who has been playing bowls for a number of years now, was joined by his sister Imogen who played her last match as she has just turned 18. The team played various combinations of singles, pairs, triples and fours over both mornings. Wales dominated the Saturday morning session winning all four games. The afternoon saw the wins split with 2 each, leaving England to work hard on Sunday, needing all four wins. Sadly England only won on 3 rinks out of 4, with the fourth only losing out by 4 shots. Isaac said "It was an excellent experience but I now have to turn my attention from outdoor to indoor as I need to practice for my England test series, again in Wales".
