students worked alongside students from schools in Germany, Romania and Crete to design, produce and market bio-degradable alternatives to conventional plastic food packaging.

students worked alongside students from schools in Germany, Romania and Crete to design, produce and market bio-degradable alternatives to conventional plastic food packaging.  The project provided them with an opportunity to travel across Europe, experiencing other cultures and living with host families; all whilst participating in a field of pressing importance.  Mr Matthews, said “ This has been a fantastic opportunity for our students. We have visited other countries over the past three years and have hosted our continental friends here in Sittingbourne. To receive such an award from the British Council is a wonderful way of ending our collaboration with Germany, Romania and Crete. Hopefully the Erasmus+ project continues in years to come”.
