We are seeking an organised administrator with experience in HR, payroll, or pensions looking to make a meaningful impact within the Trust Business Team. Fulston Manor Academies Trust is seeking a detail-oriented HR, Payroll & Pensions Assistant to provide crucial support across our Trust, ensuring accurate operations and compassionate service for our staff.
Working closely with the Trust HR & Business Director, Trust Payroll and Pensions Officer and Trust HR Advisor the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the professional operation of the Trust’s payroll, pensions and HR function, providing high-quality support, maintaining accurate processes, and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of payroll, pensions and HR operations across the Trust.
The successful candidate will:
- Have practical experience supporting payroll operations, pension schemes and/or HR administration
- Experience of using payroll software, ideally Sage 50
- Excellent IT skills – Excel and Google Classroom
